By using OFManager, (“OFManager,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and our websites, apps, and APIs at ofmanager.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (together, the “Agreement”). If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1) What we are

OFManager provides software tools and integrations for creators and agencies to manage content, data, and workflows.

No affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OnlyFans, Fenix International Limited, or any other third-party platform. All third-party names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

2) Eligibility

You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live). You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and with the rules of any third-party platform you use with the Service.

3) Your account

You’re responsible for actions taken through your account. Keep credentials private and accurate. If you suspect misuse, contact support@ofmanager.com.

4) Acceptable use (short)

Do not use the Service to break the law, violate rights, or process content that includes: minors (real or simulated), non-consensual acts, trafficking/exploitation, bestiality, incest, necrophilia, extreme violence, doxxing, malware, fraud, harassment, or IP infringement. Do not attack, bypass, or overload our systems, scrape where disallowed, spam, or misrepresent your identity.

5) Your content (we host)

Ownership. You own your content (“Hosted Content”).

License to us. You grant OFManager a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, process, transmit, display, and back up Hosted Content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service (including anti-abuse and analytics).

Your responsibilities. If Hosted Content includes adult material, you are solely responsible for:
(i) confirming all persons are 18+;
(ii) obtaining informed, written consent and model/property releases;
(iii) complying with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping to the extent it applies to you; and
(iv) complying with destination-platform rules and applicable law. No minors ever.

Prohibited content. Hosted Content must not include the items listed in Section 4.

Moderation. We may (but are not obligated to) scan, filter, tag, restrict, or remove Hosted Content or access where we reasonably believe the law or these Terms are violated or to protect users/the Service.

Backups & deletion. We maintain rolling backups for continuity, not as an archive. When you delete content or your account, we will remove active copies within a reasonable period and allow customary backup overwrite cycles.

6) Third-party platforms & links

Integrations and links are operated by others with their own terms and privacy practices. You are solely responsible for compliance with those third-party rules. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7) Intellectual property (Service)

We and our licensors own the Service (software, UI, databases, docs, and marks). We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Service. Don’t copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer (except where permitted by law), or use our marks without permission. Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction.

8) Fees, renewals, and cancellations

  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions auto-renew each term until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the then-current price.

  • Trials. If offered, trials convert to paid unless canceled before the trial ends.

  • Price changes. We may change prices prospectively with notice; new prices apply at your next renewal.

  • Cancel anytime. Cancel in Account → Billing or email support@ofmanager.com; cancellation is effective at the end of the current term.

  • Refunds. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or we say otherwise in writing.

  • Non-payment. We may suspend or terminate access for failed/late payment. You remain responsible for accrued fees.

9) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes. If you don’t agree, stop using and cancel per Section 10.

10) Termination

You can delete your account at any time (Account → Settings or email support). We may suspend or terminate for breach, risk, non-payment, fraud, or legal reasons. Data handling follows our Privacy Policy and legal requirements.

11) Warranties & disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation.

12) Liability cap

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO $1,500 USD. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS/REVENUE/GOODWILL/DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

13) Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless OFManager and its personnel from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your Hosted Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of this Agreement or law.

14) Disputes & arbitration (Wyoming)

Most issues can be resolved at support@ofmanager.com.

Informal resolution. Before filing, the complaining party must email a Notice of Dispute to support@ofmanager.com including name/contact info, a description of the dispute, and requested relief. The parties will try to resolve it within 30 days.

Binding arbitration. If unresolved, any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS or AAA under its applicable rules. The Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) governs interpretation and enforcement.

  • Venue & language. Arbitration will occur in Laramie County, Wyoming (or by remote video where permitted) in English.

  • Small claims. Either party may bring an individual claim in Wyoming small claims court.

Class action waiver. Disputes must be brought individually, not as a class/representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims.

Opt-out. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@ofmanager.com with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your account email and full name. If you opt out, this section (except the class-action waiver) won’t apply.

15) Governing law venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (conflict rules excluded), and by the FAA for arbitration issues. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable and arbitration cannot proceed, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

16) Notices service of process

  • Support: support@ofmanager.com

  • Service of process: We do not accept service by email. Physical service must be made on our registered agent on file with the Wyoming Secretary of State.

17) Export & sanctions

You will not use the Service in violation of U.S. export control or sanctions laws and regulations.

18) Beta features

Features labeled beta/preview are provided as-is, may change, and may be discontinued.

19) Affiliate program (may run later)

We may operate an affiliate program in the future with separate terms. Affiliates must comply with applicable laws (including FTC Endorsement Guides and CAN-SPAM/TCPA where applicable) and platform rules. We may deny or withhold payouts for suspected violations or fraud.

20) General

This Agreement (with the Privacy Policy and any order form or addendum) is the entire agreement between you and OFManager. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign this Agreement without our consent; we may assign (e.g., merger/sale). No waiver is effective unless in writing. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
